Our story

Founded by Antonio Bassi in 1984, Bassi Marmi, based in Italy, specializes in the selection and trade of the most beloved Italian natural stones, such as Travertino Romano and Medicea stone. For over 40 years, the finest materials have been selected weekly, extracted directly from the quarries of Tivoli, and then transported to the company�s main headquarters in Puglia.

Over the years, Bassi Marmi's focus on natural stone led to the acquisition of its first Medicea quarry in Tuscany in 2021. As the company expanded its commercial growth, it now offers many precious materials such as Carrara marble, Alba White, Lavic stone, and Trani stone, bringing the charm of the world�s most renowned stones to a global audience
